What To Expect 

Shared Homes with private bedrooms or studio apartments for rent on a weekly basis.

You choose the date you want your lease to start and end.

Rent is not calculated daily. Option to extend lease if room is not book for overlapping date. 

Fully furnished private bedrooms including beds, pillows, and linens
Lamp, dresser, closets with hangers
Desk and Chair (some locations)
Lockable Bedrooms (some locations)

Living room with couch and coffee table
TV and DVD Player (some locations)
Wireless High-Speed Internet
Cable TV (some locations)

Washer dryer
Clothesline (some locations)
Ironing board and iron

Kitchens with table and chairs
Microwave and toaster
Oven and Stovetop
Fully equipped kitchen's - Pots, pans, utensils, cups, dishes, etc
Refrigerator

Bathroom with Shower/tub (some locations with private bathroom)
Towels
Blowdryer

Workout equipment (some locations )

Garage parking (Optional Fee)
Off-street parking All locations.

Maintenance of the yard-work is the responsibility of the homeowner
Snow removal is at the discretion of the homeowner
Renter may need to contribute to snow removal from their vehicle
Renters are responsible for cleaning the house and removing garbage on a weekly basis

Fees include weekly rent. Rent is not calculated daily. 
Government Issued ID is required
Security deposit $500 per person. 

Utilities are all included in rent price and includes internet, gas, electric, water (cable TV at some locations) 
Renter must purchase own textiles including laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper
