LOCUM HOUSING was established by medical providers to assist those in search of an all-inclusive temporary or long-term room for rent in a fully furnished affordable home. Why did we develop this website? While participating in medical rotations and educational conferences, we found it difficult to find affordable and safe housing for a short period of time when traveling (or relocating) from out of state. Today, LOCUM HOUSING has grown to serve anyone in need of an all-inclusive housing experience. There is never a charge for this service. 

LOCUM HOUSING is dedicated to finding you an all-inclusive room for rent in a fully furnished homeowner occupied home in order to accommodate your pursuits. We have located and personally pre-approved homes within Connecticut, Washington, D.C., and expanding areas that offer housing on a weekly basis, or depending on one's individual need. We encourage prospective renters to view the home beforehand via FaceTime or Skype, or by arranging a personal tour with the homeowner. It is important that all our renters feel right at home.

Simply review the available residences to find a location compatible with your requirements and submit the Inquiry Form. We'll take care of the rest and facilitate your transition to temporary or long-term housing.
